" It is hereby stipulated that the participant is adequately insured for participation in association outings or regattas, both for civil liability and for damage to his/her boat, with a company reputed to be solvent. He/she and his/her passengers agree to waive all claims against the association or the organizers, whoever they may be, for this outing. The participant remains master of his navigation, his boat and all decisions made on board.

Definition of participant : The participant is defined as the owner/skipper and his/her passengers.
